Prosperity Financials was founded by a woman deeply rooted in the belief of self-will. We cannot always control how life happens, but we can control how we decide to act. Rae understood this concept very well and decided to build an accounting company with The Power of Self-Will at the core of its’ values.
Rachael Cascio, better known as “Rae,” comes from a background in both Operational Business and Accounting Management. She obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Pepperdine at Seaver College, Malibu. Her accounting career started a few years prior to graduation, as she worked alongside a local Malibu CPA Tax Accountant. After college, Rae went on to become one of the youngest restaurant General Managers in Malibu, CA at the age of 23. With her experience in both accounting and business management, she later landed roles that expanded her career experience to include Accounting Department Development, Business Plan Consulting, Financial Month End Close Management, Post Acquisition Accounting, and much more.
Utilizing both her Accounting and Business Management experience, Rae developed Prosperity Financials with the mission to help others achieve and maintain their financial potential.
